The Grand Mercure in Dubai is a well-situated hotel, just seconds away from the metro station. The receptionist and concierge were welcoming and very friendly, while the hotel manager went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The cleanliness and cozy atmosphere added to the overall experience. Additionally, the hotel provided wonderful toiletries and the New Year's Eve party on the rooftop was a highlight, with delicious food and a great view of the fireworks at Burj Khalifa.

the private facilities in the room were exceptional, from the deep soaking tub to the plush bedding. the service of the staff was top-notch, making us feel welcome and valued. The location advantages of this hotel were impressive, with easy access to public transportation and a variety of restaurants and cafes nearby. Cons: the only minor issue we encountered was slow Wi-Fi. Though it didn't affect our stay significantly, it was a bit frustrating when trying to work remotely. we had a great experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others seeking a luxurious stay.

I had the best hotel experience ever! The room was enormous and well-maintained, with modern furniture and two toilets. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was surprisingly quiet. The location was amazing, just a one minute walk from the metro station, which made it incredibly convenient to explore this city. The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating, allowing me to check out late without any rush. I highly recommend this hotel for families.

We decided to give this hotel a try because it was conveniently located right in front of the metro station. The supermarket was just a short walk away, making it easy for us to grab any essentials we needed. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We also loved the breathtaking panoramic views from the highest outdoor coffee area, which added a special touch to our experience.
We were disappointed to find out that the hotel's restaurant was not yet open during our stay.
